Shipping policy

At Parmo Dharma, we strive to deliver your custom-made clothing promptly. Please review our shipping policy:

1. Processing Time
Each piece is made to order, Custom orders typically take 29 to 39 days to complete, and may take longer during peak periods. We are building a community that values custom work, so we appreciate your patience. Please note that rush delivery requests or disrespectful communications will not be entertained.

2. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

3. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics companies, public holidays, or global events. If your order is delayed, it could be due to various reasons such as high demand, courier issues, or unexpected circumstances affecting shipping times. We process orders on business days and aim to dispatch them promptly,  But every now and then, a little delay can sneak in — we're only human, after all! Your kindness and support mean the world to us. 

4. Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery
If you do not collect your shipment after delivery attempts and your time at the collection point expires, we can attempt redelivery for an additional cost.

6. Missing Shipments
If your shipment is marked as "delivered" but not received, contact us within 2 working days of notification to address the issue.

and provide a full unboxing video showing the unopened package, shipping label, and the entire unboxing process. Claims without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

7.Missed Delivery Attempts:
In cases where the delivery partner is unable to reach the recipient due to unanswered calls or unavailability, and the parcel is subsequently lost during return or transit, we cannot be held liable for the loss.
