Brand Policies
Custom-Made Fits
All our fits are made to order. Due to the customized nature of each item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure that all measurements, colors, and specifications are accurate before placing your order.
Shipping Address Responsibility
If you enter an incorrect, incomplete, or faulty shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise. While we will do our best to assist you, it is ultimately your responsibility to resolve any related problems.
Shipping Delays
We cannot be held immediately responsible for shipping delays caused by logistics companies, public holidays, or global events such as pandemics. Orders are not expected to be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Order Dispatch Confirmation
An email confirmation will be sent when your order has been dispatched, using the email address provided during your order.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If you fail to pick up your shipment after unsuccessful delivery attempts, and your time to collect it at your local collection point or post office expires, we can attempt to redeliver your shipment for an additional cost.
Claims for Missing Shipments
If your shipment is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 2 working days of the delivery notification. Failure to do so may result in your claim being considered invalid.
Production Time
Custom orders typically take 29 to 39 days to complete, and may take longer during peak periods. We are building a community that values custom work, so we appreciate your patience. Please note that rush delivery requests or disrespectful communications will not be entertained.
